Product Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product you have purchased, you may do so within 14 days from the date you received your order.

Exchanges are accepted only if the product has not been used and is returned in its original condition.
Exchanges are not accepted for certain custom-made or made-to-order products.
You may exchange your item for any other product of equal or higher value than the original purchase.

Before proceeding with an exchange, please contact us first to coordinate the process.
The cost for exchanges is €5, which covers the shipping expenses.

Once the exchange is confirmed over the phone, we will send the new product you selected, and upon delivery, you will hand over the item to be returned directly to the courier (exchange hand-to-hand).

The €5 exchange fee will be added to the cash-on-delivery amount of the new parcel, along with any possible price difference between the original and the new product.

All returned items must be accompanied by the original retail receipt.
Exchanges for discounted items are made at the current applicable sale price.

Please note: Refunds are not offered.


Defective Products

If you receive a defective product and the damage is deemed to be due to a manufacturing fault, you may return it to GRECIAN PHOS via ACS Courier at our expense.

The item will be replaced and returned to you at no extra cost.

For a product to be accepted as defective, the damage must not result from misuse or mishandling.
If it is determined that the defect is due to improper use by the customer, the same item will be returned to the customer, and the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
